Response to DMCA Notices
Once we receive a valid DMCA notification, we will promptly investigate and take appropriate action. This may include removing or disabling access to the allegedly infringing content. We may also notify the user who posted the content so they can respond if appropriate.
Repeat Infringers
ratepxyz will, in appropriate circumstances, disable and or terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyrighted works.
Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include:
- Identification of the content that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the content appeared before it was removed or disabled
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, and telephone number
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court in the district where your address is located or, if outside the United States, that you consent to jurisdiction in any district where the service provider may be found
- Your physical or electronic signature
